Our Approach

We can carry out our activities according to different types of contracts: dedicated team, technical assistance or fixed-price contract. For each of these options, the organization is precisely described in the project quality plan at the beginning of the mission in order to guarantee the best quality.

For dedicated teams, we set up quality and quantity indicators that allow you to monitor the quality of the products developed and to coordinate your team.

We adjust the structure of the team depending on your needs, but the standard dedicated team generally consists of:

• one project director situated in your country who is the local contact (in France, Germany, Romania) and the guarantor of the contractual part of the project.
• one project manager on the production site who is the main operational contact of the project. 80% of our project managers speak French and all of them speak English.
• one or several team leaders (depending on the team size) who take over the architecture, task allocation and respect of the workloads, deadlines and project rules.

• n testers (depending on the team size) who perform functional tests and observe requirements according to the specifications.

For important or multi-site teams, we add a Quality Engineer who takes over all quality operations and formalities of your project.
