Origin and mission
Because many talented people have good ideas which are often difficult to implement in order to build a marketable product or service that is profitable on the long term, the Pentalog Group has launched its own incubator which is designed to support innovation approaches in the field of information technologies.
Pentalog Labbs is the first private incubator managed between France and an Emerging Country, which is focused on one main aspect: Excellence. Associating Technological Excellence to Business Excellence as part of an approach managed by genuine experts located both in Western Europe and in emerging countries, this is the manner in which we intend to increase the force, speed and determination with which innovating ideas can be developed in order to materialize the IT products and services of tomorrow. We bring to life Eastern projects which are also meant to generate revenue in the West. 
Our R&D is adapted to the new needs of emerging countries, as well as developed countries.
Organization and services
Pentalabbs is organized as a group of experts who interact with the entire Pentalog community, including employees, clients and partners of the group. Senior Project Managers, skilled Architects, exceptional Ergonomic Developers, high-caliber Business Analysts, this small universe of competences and complementary talents pools its intellectual and physical resources for supporting entrepreneurs, start-ups and other geniuses in developing their IT projects. Our main R&D lines are: social networking, Machine2Machine, competence management and marketing, software productivity management.
Starting from an "idea" that emerges internally or that originates from outside the company, our group of experts will work on an accomplished Proof of Concept and then will put together a solid technical record and an outstanding business case which will enable to determine whether the idea is adequate and whether the project is feasible. If the conclusion is positive, it is Pentalog's production teams based in Romania, Moldova and Vietnam that take over the project under the management of the same Pentalabbs group of experts.
In parallel and at the beginning of the project development, Pentalabbs also supports you in looking for and obtaining financial resources. From contributions in capital from venture capitalists to bank loans or research tax credit, there are numerous possibilities for financing the development of an R&D project. The Pentalabbs teams have profound knowledge on the subject and can thus coordinate the different players and actions. In certain cases, direct investment from the Pentalog group is perfectly conceivable, in the form of engineering capital, for instance.
