Frédéric LasnierPresident & Chief Executive OfficerAfter a short period in the marketing department of a national IT services company, Frederic Lasnier founded Pentalog in 1993 together with four colleagues, academics like himself. During a period of economic stagnation (in 1995) Frederic was encouraged to guide the company to markets in which offers were scarce or lacking altogether: client-server, micro - UNIX and the internet. Here, everything could be done and the offer was so rare that even a small organization could find its place.
Monica JimanDeputy CEOMonica has been Pentalog's Deputy CEO (Deputy Chief Executive Officer) since August 2011. She is in charge of operational management, including the management of production and production structures, financial and reporting management, administration and development of existing partnerships, supervision of the information systems, technical management and the incubator.
Aymeric LibeauCIO - Infrastructures and R&D Vice PresidentThe Infrastructure and R&D department includes all the technical aspects (involving the company and our customers), whether it is general costs or projects, day-to-day aspects or quality control. Mr. "Consistency" of the group, Aymeric defines the infrastructure and information system development strategy of the company.
Virginie PicaultCFO - Administrative and Financial DirectorVirginie joined Pentalog as a trainee in March 1996 and she decided to stay. She has implemented all the tools and methods of financial, accounting, administrative and legal affairs of the company. She has very deep knowledge of all administration-related issues in the field of IT engineering and outsourcing services. She has been successfully managing Pentalog's accounting and administration team for many years.
Aleth DelcenserieQuality ManagerSenior partner of Pentalog, a member of the Board of Directors and the Management Committee, Aleth is Pentalog's Quality and Organization Director. Based in Romania-Moldova since January 1st 2009, she shares her time between coaching project managers and internal department managers in implementing the quality system of the Group, controlling efficiency and upgrading the ISO repository to CMMI. Endowed with a strong sense of organization and a taste for detail, Aleth first worked within the graphics department of the company, rigorously and methodically conducting editing projects and electronic media for twelve years. At the end of 2005, she created the Pentalog BPO-editing department in the Republic of Moldova.
Sophie LelargeSales DirectorSenior partner of Pentalog and member of the Management Committee, Sophie is the Sales Director and coordinates the Business Lines: Information Systems (management and organization of information systems) and Embedded Systems (outsourcing the R&D activities of our customers).
Manuel DamianChief Operating OfficerManuel is a senior partner of Pentalog. In May 2011, he took over the coordination of all Pentalog production units (5 in Romania, 1 in the Republic of Moldova, and 1 in Vietnam). His tasks include supervising production management, recruiting and managing the human resources relating to production. He is the line supervisor of Delivery Center Mangers , he manages resource development according to the company's strategic plan.
Mihai BejenariuOffice Manager BrasovWith a 13-year experience in the IT field, after having gone through all professional stages, from developer to project manager and consultant, Mihai joined Pentalog in 2010 in order to manage a large development platform on behalf of a European leader dealing with online collaboration platforms of private label products. He has very quickly shown high adaptability, he has effortlessly integrated Pentalog's model and has obtained excellent results.
Petru MetzgerOffice Manager BucarestPetru joined Pentalog in May 2008 in order to participate in the management of a project consisting in setting up a new information system for an important bank in Ukraine. In January 2009, he was offered a new mission for Société Générale where he coordinated a Core Banking migration project.
Cătălin PopaOffice Manager IasiCătălin was recruited by Pentalog in January 2007 in order to take over the administration of a very interesting testing project for the leader in Bluetooth communication equipment. Then he took charge of the management of this project involving more than 25 employees in the Brasov office.
Zoltán RétiOffice Manager SibiuZoltán joined Pentalog in January 2007 and he too participated in the project which consisted in testing Bluetooth communication equipment for the European leader in Bluetooth technology. In March 2008, a new office was opened in Romania, in Sibiu. As it is entirely dedicated to embedded development, Zoltán decides to join it and rapidly becomes director of an important project for ST-Ericsson.
Pierre PichotOffice Manager ClujPierre started working for Pentalog in April 2006 as a trainee in Brasov, then as a Java developer in Bucharest. Later on, he became the manager of a project involving 35 people in Iasi for one of the world leaders in the telecom field. In July 2011, he was appointed in the position of office manager in Cluj.
Serghei GoloborodicoOffice Manager ChisinauSerghei Goloborodico joined the offshore team in 2003 when Pentalog offered internships to two students from the Republic of Moldova.
Marc CharbitOffice Manager HanoiDrawn by the policy and vision of the group, Marc joined Pentalog in June 2011 in order to take over the management of the Hanoi office. His responsibilities include the monitoring of office activities, budget management, as well as the recruitment of new employees in his office.
Mircea PopaManaging Director Pentalog Deutschland, FrankfurtMircea Popa used to work as a programmer and project manager for many years in big German companies before he created his own IT services company "Carpath Software" in Brasov in 2004. From his Frankfurt office, he managed the relationship between his customers based in the German-speaking area and his development teams based in Romania.
Lina JackontManaging Director Pentalog IsraelDirector of operations at Pentalog Israel, Lina Jackont coordinates all the Israeli customer projects (she has 11 years of experience in project management, of which 4 in the offshore sector). Lina boasts some of the most impressive achievements in the Israeli high tech industry, as she coordinated projects ranging from 30 to 120 man-years.
Mickaël HiverResponsible of the Embedded Systems Business LineMickaël joined Pentalog as a Network Administrator in February 1997 with the objective to acquire a broad view of computer science for helping and guiding users in order to meet their true needs. For eight years, he worked in production directly at customers' sites.
Pierre PeutinResponsible of the Information Systems Business LinePierre entered Pentalog as a developer exactly 11 years ago, in 1999. He has worked on web and client/server projects, on missions of medium and long duration in both France and Belgium. After several years as a developer, Pierre focused on Business Intelligence by participating in various reporting projects for customers like PSA Peugeot Citroën, Loxam or the ACTICALL group. Later, Pierre became Project Leader for specific application developments, managing teams of 1 to 7 people based in France and in the offshore centres of Pentalog. Pierre then naturally served as an offshore Project Director before taking on the responsibility of the Information Systems Business Line. | PentaBlog
