Pentalog Organization Chart

• The Department of Operations, entrusted to Monica JIMAN (COO – Business Development Vice-President) includes over 400 employees on two continents (Europe and Asia).
  Sophie LELARGE (Sales Director) ensures the commercial management and coordinates the two business lines: Information Systems (management and organization of information systems) and Embedded Systems (outsourcing the R&D activities of our customers).
  Pierre PEUTIN is in charge of the Information Systems business line, while Mickael HIVER is in charge of the Embedded Systems business line.
  They must find customers and transfer their projects into production and then to Office Managers: Manuel DAMIAN (Brasov), Petru METZGER (Bucharest), Zoltan RETI (Sibiu), Catalin POPA (Iasi), Serghei GOLOBORODICO (Chisinau), Tuan NGUYEN QUOC (Hanoi).

• The Information Systems and Infrastructures Department is run by Aymeric LIBEAU (CIO – Infrastructures and R&D Vice-President). This department is in charge of the functioning and development of resources and infrastructures (energy, telecommunication, hardware and software security, information and management system) of the group.
  He is assisted by Cornel FATULESCU (Technical Director) who anticipates technological evolutions related to operational needs, contributes to the improvement of tools and methods, offers his expertise in the pre-purchase phase and organizes technological meetings within the company. He is also in charge of the Pentalog incubator.
  Alex FRANCU runs the infrastructure centre and Iulia AVRAM manages the Software Information Systems department.
  Aleth DELCENSERIE ensures the quality management.

• The Administrative and Financial Department is managed by Virginie PICAULT (CFO – Administrative and Financial Director) and includes management control, administrative and financial pole, trip organization. She is in charge of the contractual management at group level.
  Eric GOUIN is head of the Planning and Economic Intelligence Management and prepares the conditions for group development in terms of opening new offices and creating economic partnerships.
