Pentalog High Tech launches IGS the Internet Global Solution service.

Aleth D. :
Mickaël, as the network and telecom manager of Pentalog High Tech, you just implemented the IGS service. What do these letters stand for ?
Mickaël H. : IGS stands for Internet Global Solution. IGS is a global service enabling companies to integrate web technologies (Intranet, Extranet, Internet) into their development strategy by defining and implementing an efficient information system.

Aleth D. :
Why did you set up this service ?
Mickaël H. : To answer to a new challenge.
So far, computing adapted to the company, with automation of tasks, communication and management of information.
With the larger place taken by the Internet, companies have to face a complete world-wide technological mutation. The use of New Information and Communication Technologies obviously leads to a cultural revolution into the company: this revolution is what everyone calls the new economy.
NICT are a way to communicate strategic information and a mean of reactivity. They support communication, collaboration, and information coordination beneath usual habits linked to currently used technologies. After the e-information, e-applications we are into e-business: online purchase, e-marketplaces. In order to increase its efficiency and its market share, or only not stay on the wrong side of the road, the company must adapt to NICT and match the new economy (globalisation, new types of business.).

Aleth D. : And how do you expect to help these companies to hold the challenge ?
M.H. :Through IGS, Pentalog High Tech expects to help his customers to adapt to Internet solutions by giving them advices in their evolution.
After the analysis of the work to be done in the company, engineers of Pentalog High Tech seeks the best resources to mobilise within a network of specialised partners and elaborates a suitable packaged solution.
IGS is therefore a service of project consulting, undertaking and assistance, managing the necessary partnership business interface to the implementation of an optimal information system.

Aleth D. : What type of companies is the IGS services meant to ?
M.H. : Today the IGS service is meant to Small and Medium Business in the "French Midlands" willing to integrate the new economy into their company strategy. In short terms, we plan to expand this service to the French territory beginning with the Paris region where we are already settled.

Aleth D. :  Which companies are already involved in the IGS partnership ?
M.H. : IGS is set on a network of local companies of different size involved in new technologies.
Each of them have proper skills. Once gathered these companies cover all needs in terms of NICT (enterprise structure, consulting, development, integration, assistance, hardware and software) and enable Pentalog High Tech to offer personalised solutions, perfectly meeting customer needs.
