Offshore / Nearshore business: Pentalog reporting annual growth of 65%!

Pentalog closed books with an organic growth of 65% in 2008. This performance is twelve times higher than that of companies within the software & computing services sector in France and Germany.

In terms of value, Pentalog reports a sales figure just above EUR 9 million and a 2-digit EBIT margin. The company reached a level of over 300 employees in early December, that is to say an increase of 105 persons from January 1st, 2008.

In terms of infrastructure, three new branches were created in 2008: Sibiu (Romania), Frankfurt (Germany) and Hanoi (Vietnam) and all the others grew by 100%. Hanoi will start production in March 2009.

In 2008, Pentalog entered the top 5 of Romanian and Moldovan outsourcing providers, while maintaining its leading position on the French-speaking offshore market. At the end of 2008, Pentalog joined the top 20 of European offshore/nearshore IT players, and now more than ever its goal is to reach the European top 5.
