The French IT company specialized in offshore operations for major companies and fast-growing start-ups announces 20th consecutive quarter of growth. Pentalog is now one of the top 10 IT service companies in Romania/Moldova and continues to develop much faster than its competitors. Let us mention that at the beginning of 2003 there were only 30 collaborators, and 13 of them in Romania.

No less than 4 new offshore dedicated teams will be created by the 31st March, this will represent at least 15 new employees. In addition, new people are going to join already existing teams. The biggest offshore team has 25 full time collaborators and is going towards 30. The number of collaborators will grow by 20 before the end of the quarter, which will lead to a total manpower of 215 people. For the whole year 2008, Pentalog expects between 80 and 100 new recruits. The growth should however slow down during the 2 following quarters.

The share of offers launched at the beginning of 2007 positively influences the company’s results, with an average of 45 collaborators working on BPO (graphics, marketing, accountancy) and R&D (embedded software development) operations over the quarter.
