Pentalog High Tech takes part to the most
important IT French show in 2003!
April 1-2-3, 2003,
Pentalog High Tech had participated to SETI
(Information Technologies week), Porte de
Versailles, where several important events
were regrouped on the same place: IFHT Comdex,
Online 2003...

Our presence
on this show was rewarded with a dozen offers,
that has to be elaborated and a contract,
which is on way.
During this important event, Pentalog High
Tech presented several innovating technological
and marketing approaches.

The
visitors of our stands discovered our offers
and references: setting up intranet/extranet
web portals based on fixed costs, documents'
management, high-quality competences.
Our
enterprise provided as well a complete answer
to all questions about its off shore development
offer and out sourcing in Romania.
Pentalog
High Tech's method and its project management
on-line plat-form base on The
Port (software for portals' creation
and management) were also presented.

| 4th
Quarter results.
The 4th quarter
shows a +17% in sequential growth. |
|

|
The annual turnover shows a +10% growth in comparison
with 2001." This is a good performance for
a company both involved in IT consulting and software
edition" said M.Lasnier, President and CEO.
The company
is profitable and generates cash flows even if
it is not enough.
This weakness
of profitability is due to the huge investments
the company has maintained on the portal web solution.
In order to
stay profitable and to go on with the investments,
the company has driven a cost cutting policy on
the sales department.
The online sales represent now 30% of the turnover
and 90% of the new business.
Lexmark, Sanofi, Andra, Loxam became clients by
the e-business way.
The sales costs
felt down 50% between 2000 and 2002.
We now forecast
a new +15% growth in 2003 based on our portal
solution and on the maturity of our offshore business
unit wich is supposed to bring 60% of the growth. |

| Pentalog
High Tech opens winter training sessions
in Transylvania.

| Our
answer to a very known maxim: " Mens
sana in corpore sano ", is given by
our winter training sessions relying training,
culture, sport. Trainings will take palce
from January 6, 2003 till March 31, 2003
in our Business Unit Offshore, in Brasov,
in the center of Transylvania.

|
| Customised
programs are organised in 3 modules of
4,5, 9 or
13,5 days. Prices are
established from 280 Euros to 195 Euros per day
(transport from Paris, hotel location, trips,
winter sports and training fees included in a
global airplane ticket around 460 Euros).

Trainings'
subjects turn mainly around the web or Java environment.
According to the trainees' level and the trainings'
duration, developers will be able to improve or
to be reconverted in the web and Java environment.
The program was conceived around all web concepts,
development and exploitation plat-forms, Java
code in order to finalise a mini-project.
Trainings are
insured by our Romanian collaborators specialized
in those domains. All of them are entirely francophone
and trained to the French training methods.
Besides training
sessions, we will be honored to show to our trainees
the charm of this Eastern European country, its
famous historical attractions, its local gastronomy
and culture.
Trainees can also practice winter sports: ski,
sled and snow tracking around Sinaia and Poiana
spas.

and Pentalog iNet announce an important partnership
in order to provide global knowledge and activties
management solutions to public and private
bodies concerned by Metrology, standardization,
certification and accreditation (to know more,
consult our dedicated satellite web site).

of the international globalization, that was now
urgent to provide an integrated offer combining

Maintenance and third Maintenance.
Pentalog
High Tech has been offering software maintenance
services for now 7 years. |
|
Those
services, till now, were only linked to softwares
developed by Pentalog High Tech.
Because of the signature of new maintenance
contracts, Pentalog High Tech chose to strengthen
his maintenance department. As
part of that strategy, the company has also
decided to extend that services to third
maintenance.
It is now possible for Pentalog High Tech's
clients to give us the maintenance responsibility
for softwares we have not performed.
The third
maintenance is a two steps process :
- first a technical and functional study
to define the service level and the contract
definitive price.
