Since Pentalog managed
to build loyalty with 100% of its 2006 customers
and to reach in February a backlog already equaling
the 2006 sales figures, the company is planning
to recruit 70 persons in 2007, which will maintain
or even exceed the 2007 growth rate of 30% (3
times as high as the national average).
With this unusual internal growth model, Pentalog
will go on offering many interesting job prospects
to its employees.
Also, this recruitment plan will result in the
creation of 10 middle manager positions and 2
manager positions, in the company offices in Romania
and Moldova, as well as in France. These positions
will all be dealing with international business
and projects.
