Pentalog provides multiple databases of French and international companies, including thousands of B to B qualifyed contacts. The data deriving from these e-mail addresses contain the phone number and the localisation of the following functions: chairman, general manager, informatic system manager, network administrator, financial manager, human resources manager, marketing, sales manager, logistics manager, etc. Our databases, regularly updated, guarantee the quality of your operations.

Pentalog has a qualifyed team for building new databases and for enriching/enlarging the existing ones.

1. Counselling on the operational marketing activities.

The e-mailing is nowadays a strategic weapon in direct marketing. Depending on the objectives, two formats can be used:

  • The text format, readable by all the messaging services;
  • The html format which allows the creation of messages with a more attractive content (graphically rich regarding the graphic charter of the customer).
We can redirect and ensure the graphical realisation of your e-mail or Newsletter messages. The design includes the realisation of a brief concerning the objectives of the operations.

  • We realize the requests that allow the extraction of the files, depending on the objectives of the campaign, on the chosen target and on the different criteria available in our global database
  • We control the treatment of the files (deduplication, segmentation,…). By all these actions, the transmission of the same message several times to the inbox of a client or a prospective customer can be avoid.
  • The routing of the e-mail is realised with maximum efficiency, thanks to our hardware and software. Our impact allows us to reach several thousand e-mail adresses within minutes.

Pentalog High Tech has a tracking application for the survey of the traffic on the web pages.

Using this tracking application, several quantitative and qualitative indicators are obtained.


Relative for an e-mailing operation: time of reading, visited pages by each addressee, the number of visited pages.

We also intervene in the phase of analysing your results and of the exploitation of this data in order to give them a value and a meaning, according to the reports issued by the tracking application.

Pentalog has specially trained collaborators for the appointment management operations. This type of action can be directed by the results provided by the tracking software. Due to an email, a prospective customer has visited pages from your site. Our teleactor having located him thanks to the tracking tool, contacts him in order to suggest an appointment with your sales responsable.
Pentalog has implemented a technical solution for telecommunications allowing to route calls from Romania, through an IP network between Romania and France, then to redirect them in France at the cost of a local call.

Pentalog High Tech established a Parisian Data Center with high flow having a
band-width of 100MB.

Applications :
This Center hosts CRM applications of the highest level J2EE (www.inet.fr) which are accessible to our services or our clients who wish to have ASP applications.

This applicative suite includes:

  • the management of the contacts and of the commercial events
This application has the following functionalities:
- Searches for a company, a contact or both of them according to a definite criterion
- Displays the form of the companies
- Displays the form of the companies,
- Displays the form of the commercial events.

  • The management of the events and of the resources
Through the LogBook application the users are able to establish a planning of their actions. It consists of a diary which contains and restores specific organisational information to each user. It manages and is inter-connected with the all supplies present in the core of The Port.

  • The management of the time and the plannings
In addition to its function of ressource management, The LogBook has a function of time management which can take the shape of a user’s diary, of a service, of a community. It can be consulted from any working station provided with an Internet browser, without the user being forced to reconfigure it. The LogBook can be shared by several collaborators and is connected to the messaging service.

  • The project management
Pentalog installed tools to follow-up the online ePole/eDole projects, which enable the user to follow the activity of the project regularly and to communicate specifications, information while following their taking into account.

ePole is an online project management software designed to remotely interface and make available all the key information of a project. It is addressed at the same time to the client, who can follow the phases of development of his project, consult the contractual parts, etc..., and to the person receiving benefits, who provides all the information in respect with the course of his services.

eDole is a software of management of the customers’ requests – people receiving benefits on line, who supplements the management tool of eDole project. During the life of a project, and in particular at the time of its finalisation, the phases of validation are crucial; they must indeed be based on a communication and a tree categorization of the requests for modifications and of the statements of incidents in order to guarantee a fast and effective assumption of responsibility of all the complaints
(see the e-Pole and e-Dole files)

  • the behavioral follow-up of the users of the customer’s Web sites (see the tracking application)

» Practical case (by way of example):
A customer orders from Pentalog High Tech two personalized e-mailing operations according to the month and the constitution of its first bases.
A quarterly newsletter will be added to this program. Pentalog High Tech also provides to its customers the tracks of the 10 most active customers for each operation.
  • Cost of constitution of a base with 5 000 lines: 7 000 euros,
  • Cost of requesting, sending and reprocessing: 360 euros per month for an average of 8 000 mails sent per month,
  • Cost of tracking: 140 euros average each month,
  • Production cost of the reffering Web pages: 12 euro/page

Total cost year 1 (of which addresses purchased): 13 000€
Following years: 6 000€

Apart from the purchase of the tools and the addresses, the production cost (for an identical volume) for a French employee is already higher than the 13 000€ of year 1.
For the following years, the performance is obvious.
Of course, the whole of the services is fractionnable.
