An enthusiastic and ambitious manager, Emilian is driven by his projects’ complexity and diversity, team members, and clients’ quality. He joined Pentalog to be part of a young and smart Agile team. He is responsible for our delivery center in Bucharest.

As a Senior Business Unit Manager, Emilian coordinated projects for the Engineering and IT industry and managed client relationships and business results.

He is an organized and analytical leader with a keen eye for details. He’s also a solution finder and problem solver. True to his commitment to continuous improvements, he likes sharing his experience and knowledge with colleagues.

On December 7, 2022, Emilian also took over the role of Customer Success Manager for Pentalog’s sixt delivery center, opened in Craiova.
