I would like to re-submit a comment in regards to the post Fred wrote concerning the Requirements of Democracy.Romanians thought it would take 50 years to get rid of Communists. 20 years after the events of December 1989, we are not yet finished with them. But we are moving in the right direction. We were able to have the necessary patience and at the same time, we continued to believe.This is exactly what the Moldovan must do! Leaving the country is an immediate personal response, but not an act of trust in Moldova. We must not forget that there are people who will remain, who will continue to believe, to keep the faith and, when the time is right will take their rightful places.I look at the current situation in Romania. I am not hearing about people who want to leave the country. In our profession, people are always looking to go on interesting international missions, but they leave only for a limited time. Another fact, many people who have left Romania in the past are now returning home! People, who work for dynamic companies, are once again looking towards their country of origin. Maybe the crisis has become a critical factor but never forget that there is no place like home!

I agree with Monica – personally, I’m interested in leaving working abroad only in the best interest of my company here in Romania. There are still so many things to do here and to be implemented! I’d like to set the way, not to follow some path that’s been created already…

One of the good reasons to remain and work in Moldova.

“Is not important how much do you earn, but how much it remain after taxes. ”

In Moldova for example in IT, taxes are very small for emploees. So 90% of your salary remain in your poket(card), you do not have to pay so much taxes like in USA, or France, Norway…. in average 40%
Even with a good salary in well developed country it remains you after taxes much less in %, comparative with Moldova.

And as far as I know Raluca, you’re not that far to launch in France a subsidiaray of the Romanian start up u drive 😉
