And this is not just catching up, it’s structural. In fact, in 2020, in spite of the pandemic spasm, Pentalog had already achieved growth over 4 quarters for a total of 10% on the year. So what’s the secret?

Here’s how we read the general economic situation that preceded this acceleration, with particular focus on the digital economy. While everyone else was in wait mode, locking in their spending and their risks, we decided early on to prepare for the rebound. From the third quarter of 2020, Pentalog expanded its sales teams, and stepped up its investments in marketing and human resources.

Our rate of recruitment has doubled over the past year, and will double again by the end of 2021. For our clients who are asking for our help in developing products, supporting transformation and growth, and even for our HR (Recruitment and Freelancing) clients, all of our “Talent” teams are already recruiting more than 75 engineers, designers, and marketers per month – a number that will soon be multiplied by 2.

Pentalog’s agile organization and the potential of our recruiting structures and tactics mean that we could recruit more than 500 people per month and not change a thing in our processes. Scalability is guaranteed for our clients in all areas of play.

Focus on excellence!

So Pentalog is now able to recruit anywhere in the world, for clients everywhere in the world. For example: our sales in the United States will double in 2021, and in 2022, this market will become the most important for our bottom line. The good news is that Europe is in turn starting to accelerate.
