Lean is the process through which a team deliver faster, while limiting the Work in progress. This assumes that wastes or any hurdles along the flow are identified and worked upon. Agile is the process through which a cross functional team delivers at the end of every iteration.

In order to bring about the transformation, teams should be identified and trained to better understand the context, implications and focus.
