Joined ENEDIS within the Spatial Data Infrastrure, IDS as a Product Owner. The teams did not deliver as promised, morale was low and partners were not happy. I joined the team to put in place structures and to deliver. I played different roles, alternating between product Owners, Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer to launch our first ART.

As the Product Owner, I make sure that the Features are understood by the team, the features are split into User Stories and the Product Backlog is prioritized and updated as required. However, in the Scrum Master role, I implemented and facilitated the Scrum ceremonies, deployed JIRA work flow (US & Features) within the teams and ensuring that the team is focused on delivering on their promises for each sprint. Furthermore, I played the role of the Release Train Engineer, RTE in organising the first PI planning, ensuring alignment within the ART through the implementation of the PM/PO/SM/Architect Alignment meeting. I lead the team in delivering the PI objectives on promise and through continuous improvements, while coaching the agile team to continuously improve.
