Facilitated face-to-face meetings with customer resources to gather requirements, delivered training to clients on the new solution, and delivered expertly produced technical documentation to support the design of the solution.

☛ Exchange 2000 DR - Led the disaster recovery process for recovering Exchange 2000 from critical failure due to database growth beyond set limitations for the platform utilised. ☛ Active Directory Expansion - Led the expansion of Active Directory to encompass newly acquired business units and sites.
During this period I was contracted by a number of clients within the healthcare, public sector and private sector. During this period I was also suffering from a long term illness which interrupted my working periods.
I worked for Panic Link as a PC Support Engineer supporting NT4 Networks with Windows 98 Desktop computers, I also assisted with the role out of new bar code scanners and tracking software for the delivery of Parcels.
