I coordinated a team consisting of 12 colleagues from BA specialization in order to promote our bachelor program. We implemented a campaign that focused on the Open-Doors Week, together with a brand identity that would be used in the future (Facebook page, informative articles, promotional materials). During enrolment period, 51 students got accepted for Business Administration program and
15 for Economics and Finance, the other faculty newly implemented English program, from a total of 69 spots assigned from the faculty, a 96% success rate.

I was involved in the strategic planning of the initiative and in charge of raising funds and securing partnerships with relevant local organizations. #Sharp was our first project, offering 4 weeks of trainings during weekends, and online tutorials and tasks during weekdays together with volunteers from professional and technical backgrounds on disciplines such as front end, graphic design and C# game development.

Academy was a local initiative targeted for university students that brought closer together the professionals of the industries and the participants. I had the opportunity to coordinate a team of 4 members whilst being a part of the entire project staff of 16 people. My responsibilities consisted of stakeholder management (participants, outside collaborators, media, organization board, project team, project board etc.), setting the project's objectives, approach interested partners, implement plans and evaluate decisions. The outcome of the project, after a contest of business pitches: the winner was financed with EUR 2,000 and mentoring services from our partner, consulting firm Avisso Iasi.
