* Support 24/7 of P&G's main system that handled orders, billing and shipping

(OSB); written in PL/I, running on an IBM 370 with DOS and VSAM and ISAM files.

* Developed an ``instant report'' system for end users that allowed them to define and obtain an ad hoc report in minutes, without the need to place a request to the IT area nor waiting days or weeks for it.

* Designed, structured and developed a system to identify and compute the cost for each job run, based on the cost or income center associated, and taking the

exact and detailed information directly from the system logs (thus eliminating a manual, inaccurate and error-prone task).

* With a small number of colleagues, we developed:

* some 50 utilities of widespread use for the IT department

* naming and coding standards for interactive applications that used CICS and the Total data base manager.
