I was in charge for technical direction of R&D activities and engineering activities of Noivion: from prototypes development to products engineering.
I held technical speeches in conferences, exhibitions, investor's arena. I was the technical reference person for customers and suppliers. I'm still beeing a member of the Board.

Noivion srl is a start-up company in the field of Thin Film Deposition Equipment. We developed and patented an innovative technique based on a plasma cathode electron gun. This technology involves power electronics, plasma physics and several other subjects in fields like automation and control, mechanical design, high vacuum, high purity gas piping, heating systems and temperature control.
As CTO and main engineer of Noivion I learned and used all this skills on the course.

I was in charge for thin film deposition equipment development and maintenance. I studied and implemented new solutions for temperature control in vacuum, power electrical switching, heating problems.
I was also involved in thin film solar cell research activities aimed to demonstrate that the equipment we developed was able to perform better than anything else on the market.

I worked on a computational geometry library written in C++ as a team member.
I wrote several routines, methods and classes to implement an ellipsoidic geometry calculation engine. I also contributed to the implementation of the aeronautical regulation into a CAD/GIS software.
During this work experience I attended some classes about aviation rules and protocols.
