Viadeo is 2nd world leading professional social network with 55M+ members worldwide, competing mainly with Linkedin.
I've been heading mobile activities at Viadeo, both on strategy, product, technical and marketing aspects. My main mission was to build a dedicated mobile department to roll out new apps and an ambitious mobile products roadmap. And I can say we've built a great great team!

• April 2012: Viadeo raises 24M€, one of the biggest fundraising in french web
• Oct 2012: team is built, great new apps have been launched and warmly welcomed by millions of users, mobile ground at Viadeo has been reshaped => time to move to a whole new adventure!
• June 2013: Viadeo / Orange partnership is revealed, and is mostly compared to Deezer / Orange partnership. Viadeo mobile strategy pays off, as for Deezer.
• June 2014: Viadeo files for IPO - though quite disappointing (Linkedin has raised 150 more money). Viadeo mobile products are its strongest assets.

DeezerJune 2008 - February 2011

Deezer is the 2nd world leading music streaming service with 35M+ users, competing mainly with Spotify.
I was in charge of building and managing the mobile team, and leading the mobile & tablets products.
I was also involved in partnerships, integration with operators and device manufacturers, technical interface with majors/labels...

• June 2008: I join Deezer when there are nearly 15 people there, and it's time to build a strong mobile strategy
• Autumn 2009: Launch of Deezer Premium subscription services, with stunning features available in mobile applications: unlimited downloads / offline mode, music on demand over millions of tracks, playlists and albums, search...
• Winter 2010: Deezer is awarded 'Best Mobile Music Service' at Global Mobile Awards / Mobile World Congress
• Summer 2010: Orange includes Deezer Premium in its ADSL and mobile offers in France
• Autumn 2012: Deezer raises 100M€, biggest fundraising ever in french web
• Since: Deezer has spread worldwide along with strong carriers partnerships. Mobile & tablets products are truly addictive and used daily by millions of users (40M+ downloads of apps, 5M+ paying subscribers)

WebwagMarch 2007 - June 2008

Webwag provided a full widgets engine both on mobile and web.
Mini-apps like weather, mail, Twitter, FB, Cinema... were available on all mobile phones (including non-smartphones). As Lead mobile developer, I was one of the main builder of the product and mobile clients, including pilot project "Webwag with SFR" which lead SFR to invest in the company.

Lemon MobileJanuary 2005 - August 2007

Technical co-founder of Lemon Mobile, a startup specialized in development of mobile products and technologies:
• Mobile games and applications (J2ME / Java phones)
• Mobile marketing and advertising platform / ad server for mobile apps and games / special ops (in-app m-couponing, m-loyalty, click2call, ...)
• Mobile brand content / white label apps and games / advergaming / in game advertising

Though Lemon Mobile was a very innovative startup, it failed to reach a sustainable market (retrospectively, it was way too early!), and co-founders decided to end this adventure.

BetomorrowApril 2003 - September 2004

Betomorrow was developing its own products and providing services for key players (In Fusio, Gameloft, Alcatel, Orange, ...):
• Mobile connected apps development / innovation (J2ME / Java phones)
• Mobile games development (C - embedded, J2ME)
• Development of tools used in mobile contents production (games/apps)
• Mobile multiplayer games development (3G MMO J2ME)
