Implementation of External Warehouse HUB in Laredo TX (USA) to allow car companies in USA supply by themselves the required material. It includes the invoicing process, transfer material from plant, transport papers, customs process, goods receipt and goods issue when shipment is created to the final customer’s destination.Improvement of the material management process. From procurement of material, reception, incoming inspection, put away, supply to production shop floor (electronic and mechanic parts), consumption, assembly, WIP, functional testing, identification, quality approval, transfer to WH, delivery/invoicing and shipment to the customer. Making processes more efficient with the use of racks, super markets and barcode scanners and training to the people involved. Solving issues in sales & logistics department to create correctly schedule agreements, prices, delivery notes, shipments, labeling identification, documentation for the forwarder, ASN/EDI and Invoices.Training users to follow in the correct way, the routings of products, production confirmation and quality release and reporting of Scrap material (by Production, Engineering and Quality department). Implementation on site of new warehouses with HU and production process in INDIA Plant for new projects. It includes raw material like electronic components, mechanical parts and PCBs. Complete process of production.Implementation of new production facilities in CHINA. Because of the grow of production in that plant, was required to implement new facility with all SAP services, new machinery and copy process of production and material management. (Remote implementation).Supporting the engineering changes/new versions, bill of materials, routings, mass changes of matter data, scrap material and finish goods in SAP. Additional support in EDI/Speedi to send the releases to the vendors ASNs and mapping IDOCS to complete electronic data interchange process according the standards.Global support in different SAP modules working as back up of colleagues in Germany.Reporting in weekly basis the progress of the projects and the current status of the main topics. In Global projects I use other meeting where I report status to the functional and management areas involved in weekly basis too; in case of some escalation, delay, change of scope or cancellation, I take the chance in the same meeting to do that.

Identification of materials within productive areas and shipping to customers with QR, Matrix and BarCode 3 of 9 and 128 labeling. Implementation of the SAT requirements (CFDI 3.3, CCE 1.1, Electronic Contac Payment Supplement) Continuous improvement, support in logistics processes (storage locations, warehouse, shipment, delivery, transfers postings, labels, mass changes, etc.) Support for customer claims solution, EDI, releases, schedule agreements, purchasing, prices, info records, master data, etc. Projects and remote support to subsidiaries in other countries. Training for users and generation of manuals with visual aids. Reports to local and corporate address in the foreigner. Scanner connectivity and barecode. Interfaces with applications outside SAP.
Migration of packages with all their content of programs, dictionary of objects, FM, tables, structures, domains, etc from SAP ECC to SAP HANA. Creation of maintenance screens, corrections, adjustments, translations, validations, etc in SAP HANA Destination. The packages were mainly focused on the FI and SD modules to imitate electronic billing, electronic accounting and foreign trade complement in the new platform.

Development of interfaces for three different servers of SAP R3 to have the integration of accounting movements from two different SAP in a third. Development of function modules to automate instructions from a web portal and make material movements in SAP and avoid manual rework. Analysis, construction, testing and start-up of data extraction and loading programs to be able to run both in Background (through automatic jobs) and Foreground modes (with user interaction). Creation of different maintenance programs for Z tables necessary for the process. The programming was done directly in ABAP for ECC 6.0 and 4.7 systems

Strategic consultancy for the implementation of application interfaces to connect them with SAP.(Payroll, Banks, eComerce, Customs Agents, Applications developed by third parties). * Support to document development requirements, technical designs and other requirements to clarify the activities to be carried out to achieve the connection of the applications. * Definition of mappings for information loading through Biztalk, IDoc, RFC, Flat files, XML files and EDI. * Management and follow-up of work plans, notification activities, meetings to advance pending issues. * Call for meetings to define requirements, pending, dates commitment, design of solutions and creation of technical designs. * Within applications are managed Electronic Invoicing, Electronic Accounting, Human Resources, bank movements, project movements, orders, etc.FI, SD and MM.

When required, it is supported to make necessary documentation and carry out activities that are within reach to advance or undo pending and continue with the process in benefit of project times. Generation of monthly progress reports for countries. Publication of status in web portal to inform users 24 hrs X 7 days.
