SAP FI, SAP ABAP - SAP MEXICO

Support for ticket solutions in MM, SD, PP and FI modules through developments in ABAP.
Modification of screens, reports and functionalities of different transactions according to user requirements.
Development, unit tests and integrals, pass to productive and post-productive support

Strategic consultancy for the implementation of application interfaces to connect them with SAP.(Payroll, Banks, eComerce, Customs Agents, Applications developed by third parties).
* Support to document development requirements, technical designs and other requirements to clarify the activities to be carried out to achieve the connection of the applications.
* Definition of mappings for information loading through Biztalk, IDoc, RFC, Flat files, XML files and EDI.
* Management and follow-up of work plans, notification activities, meetings to advance pending issues.
* Call for meetings to define requirements, pending, dates commitment, design of solutions and creation of technical designs.
* Within applications are managed Electronic Invoicing, Electronic Accounting, Human Resources, bank movements, project movements, orders, etc.FI, SD and MM.

Main Activities:
* Received training from implementations team of Germany HQ and participate in the rollout implementation of SAP in Mexico.
* I provided all master data to be loaded into the system, for instance: all customer's data, GL accounts, products, direct and indirect materials, routings, BOMs, users, printers, etc.
* Re-mapping of EDIs to receive PO from customers in USA.
* Customizing, request for changes and release to production all modules in scope. (FI, SD, MM, WM and PP).
* Sending of functional testing results to the consultants in USA.

* Receive tickets from all key users to solve the issues for invoices, reports, material movements, etc.
* Implement and fix problems with the barcode scanner in warehouse.
* Administration of users in SAP, rights access, modules, parameters, reports, etc.
* Checking if does not exist conflict of interest in the area, function or transaction with the user that asked for access.
* Support all Servers and Communications infrastructure (Servers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, PBX - IP Telephony, etc.)
* Install network connections (local and wireless) for new areas and users.
* Second and third level support in desktop and production applications.
* Implementation of procedures to be prepared in case of disaster. (DRP)
* Manage the backups of data and create images of main computers.
* Implementation of preventive maintenance of all computers in the plant (Servers, Desktops and Laptops)
* Implementation of virtual machine to make interface between SAP and tablets in production department.
* Check which others functionalities of SAP we can use in Mexico to continue improvement. What are using in other countries that can be implemented here.
* Programming some small applications in Visual Basic, Crystal, and Html.
* Administration of the people that gives first level support (MS office, printers, MS Win 8,7 and XP, electronic invoice, lotus notes, plm)
* Manage the suppliers. (Tonners, Computers, Appliance Devices, Spear Parts, etc)
* Manage the licensing of software. (Microsoft, symantec, etc)

Plus of my work:
* Be part of the SAP R3 Implementation Team when the company started up.
* Help to Engineering department to support machines in the shop floor.
* Be a Lead Auditor in ISO9001 and ISO14000 and achieve the certifications.
* Be responsible of Health and Safety area and help to prevent accidents and accomplish the law requirements.
* Be responsible in some time for the maintenance of the facilities.
* Participate actively in training of lean manufacturing and quality audits
* Make some projects of energy saving. In a team with production and maintenance departments.
