Adaptis Solutions offer cashless parking solutions and recently moved into a bleeding edge Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system which tracks vehicle tracking automatically as they enter and leave a car park.

•    Successfully delivered the first ANPR solution for Adaptis Solutions
•    Uncovered the processeses and delivered compliancy and cross-trained the team
•    Ensured the quality of the solution and drove revenue and compliance reports
•    Implemented a fault management automated telephone system (IVR)
•    Coordinated document management for issuance of PENs

Achievements: The successful implementation began with the three largest First Capital Connect (FCC) sites.

This later aided in driving the success with Transport for London (TfL) at North Greenwich - O2 Arena car park (Millennium Dome), with which I was also involved.

The operational success of the the work I undertook is encompassed within the wide scale growth of the ANPR solution across both the TfL and FCC networks, and aided in PayPoint acquiring Adaptis Solutions LTD.

company for On Street compliance management.
