Leading a team of juniors as well as digital, PR and design professionals to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns. Coordinating and managing client budgets and timelines. Developing new and maintaining existing key stakeholder relationships.

Worked alongside the directors in the start-up of SaluteMyJob, ensuring the business is achieving its sales and marketing targets from awareness to conversion and beyond. Planned and executed entire marketing strategy, including but not limited to; events, data analysis, direct marketing, PPC, social media management, CRM, website and blog management, collateral creation and working with the sales team in lead generation and acquisition strategies.

SaluteMyJobMay 2014 - May 2016

First employee and sole marketing person for a start-up business. Successfully grew 3 separate audiences using a variety of digital marketing channels. Built and managed both websites and designed all marketing creatives including banners, imagery, flyers and adverts.
