- Responsibility for the IT I&O group in charge of the design, implementation and support of all regional technology projects and associated Production platforms

- Role as Country manager as part of the global I&O matrix organization in charge of leading culture and governance model changes in order to adapt the IT services in a highly competitive landscape

- Lead for the implementation of a transformation program to implement a new I&O operating model and deliver cost savings while improving service quality, conduct IT culture change in the context of increased competition amongst European exchanges

- Responsibility for the delivery against service levels agreements applicable to the European markets

- Direct Management of 100+ I&O staff including 10 sub-department managers

- Management of local aspects for all global initiatives to guarantee the timely and efficient implementation while ensuring compliance with local laws, Works Council consultation processes, European regulations and non-standard Customers requests

Major accomplishments :

- Implemented the new I&O operating model to foster policies and processes globalization as well as systems consolidation and simplification

Global Business Management for the Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) IT division of NYSE Euronext (now Intercontinental Exchange), the leading global operator of financial markets and provider of innovative trading technologies (US$450m IT portfolio, 1700 staff, 12 facilities in 6 countries)

- Responsibility for the group’s $300M IT I&O budget and for global resource management of 850+ staff spread across 12 locations

- Business engagement and management of the IT project portfolio in order to match demand and departmental supply

- Business Continuity Planning and Risk Management

- Vendor management for I&O related procurement and outsourced / managed services

- Development and implementation of I&O quality and performance metrics and key indicators

- Single point-of-contact for most support functions such as HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement and Internal Audit
