Main responsibilities • Develop positive relationships with customers (internal and external) on a day to day basis to meet requirements • Complete project work/initiatives to deadlines and appropriate standards • Manage sub-contractors in order to facilitate project requirements • Manage and report Risk including mitigating strategies • Site visits to review progress through planning stages • Conduct detailed analysis to provide accurate costing and delivery data; business appraisal and cost/benefit analysis of development opportunities; delivery assurance and up-front planning; • Collate and distribute required information to all relevant parties to maintain programme in accordance with agreed plans and timescales • Track expenses, change and purchase orders and manage invoices • Assist in ensuring projects that project compliant with all governance and corporate procedures • Identify potential areas for process improvement and make recommendations
