Responsible for matching the Group's (9 Delivery Centers and 8 Units) demand and supply; working closely with sales teams (for opportunities) and Delivery Centers (for staffing availability); reporting to Exec in matters of demand, resource supply and staffing forecast; providing internal training on processes and tools related to Workforce Planning; coordinating a team of 5 Workforce Planners and aligning the ways of working in the Delivery Centers; reporting directly to the UK Managing Director.
Identify the appropriate staff resources, skills and experience needed for current and future projects and development scenarios (for management review/approval) that ensure the people are available as required; assist the DU Manager with staff forecasting requirements, maintain skills and qualification information for all DU staff to identify gaps in capability and resources; assist in the deployment of staff to meet DU utilization targets; understand the demand forecasts in order to recommend relevant actions; weekly delivery of decisional reports to management (cost recovery, projects' status, resource availability, recruitment conclusions, etc).
Support the local organization staff projects within own Region, across other Regions, GSCs and DUs/ PDUs
- Monitor the correct handling of the requests, verify the quality, help opening requests, routing them properly - Handle the requests and contacts applicable Competence Domain located in own Region - Advising the Resource Owners and Customer Project Managers on allocation issues - Encourage the usage of MORE for all opportunities, projects and different delivery scenarios - Act as a MORE tool expert, being responsible for completing tool trainings in own Region - Extract reports from MORE and Business Intelligence (BI) and taking the measures/actions required to improve monitored figures and results - Create, implement and monitor KPIs related to OSDP process in own Region.
Drive and co-ordinate Consulting and Advanced Customer Service (ACS) contract creation process - Provide support for sales during negotiation stages in structuring deals - Assist sales with entire booking process, drafting and processing standard direct and indirect contracts for products and services, prioritizing /managing multiple tasks and responsibilities, and working closely with several internal Oracle groups and departments (Legal, Credit and Collections, Finance, Local Teams, etc.).
Involved in the booking process of a contract (software and hardware) for Oracle customers and partners in the EMEA region. - Order pack analysis/review, validation and data entry in Oracle accounting software have also been part of my responsibilities. - Handling large volume and value contract packs within three accounting quarter ends. - Coordinated a team of 14 people for License deals.

Involved in different marketing and sales related projects, like monitoring the competitors (monthly reports being provided to superiors), organizing events for the most important clients (eg: Petrom, BCR, Coca Cola), promoting the services offered (strategy and actual promotion). Organizing the Open courses, which included: - market research, campaign strategy - contacting and providing details to those interested - enrolling students, forming groups based on levels of knowledge and hours preferred - gathering feedback and taking actions to address the constructive one - contract drafting and signing.
