Provide IT leadership for ERM/CRM applications. Manage developers in application and reporting platforms. As the Local database administrator, I have ownership of all application & data storage servers. As a leader in the IT organization, I play a critical role in business decisions across all departments when technical and/or process changes/alignments are required.

Key Results:
    Led efforts as Project and Lead Technical Manager to implement interfaces between in-house CRM applications and JDE (JD Edwards).
    Managed developers and implementations of 25+ successful releases and counting. Each release encompassing new features including bug fixes.
    Developed/Re-engineered normalized data architecture of the previous production backend database(s) with supporting documentation (Data Models/Dictionaries/Diagrams).
    Successful migrated reports to Microsoft Reporting Services from previous reporting tools. CRM applications were generating reports from the production data servers, causing performance issues on the transactional side. Using MS Replication Technologies, all reports had been pushed to MS Reporting Services freeing up available bandwidth on the production servers.
    Developed and Implemented CGI Applications to perform Address Validation via United States Postal Systems Databases. Address Validation was a critical to minimize returns occurring from invalid addresses, thus improving the likelihood of payment.
    DBA Admin for Production/DEV/Beta data servers. My roles comprised of architecture, security, performance optimizations, stored procedures scripting, upgrades, etc
