-    Design, implementation, management and support of the data movement process from the source systems (AS400, Oracle, flat files) into the centrally hosted Data Warehouse (Oracle 9i) for more than 15 European markets;
-    Participate in redesigning the IDW Data Movement process using ETL tool (Mercator) and MQSeries to support a rapid decision-making process;
-    Regional Incident monitoring, resolution and escalation to the global team (with a minimum 80% compliance to the SLA) using Peregrine tool for more than 28 countries.
