We used a Waterfall programming methodology. I was validating and estimated time for specifications. I programmed with the team and implemented functional specifications 80% of my time and also doing requests for Framework changes needed by our project team. I took part at the weekly meetings of the management R&D department for discussions related to the project evolution. I also was in charge of the annual evaluation of each member from my team with performance review and objectives for each year. I was a member of the architecture team for the project from the basic level of the class diagram to the higher level of the packages structure and modules structure
