Drawing up the eligibility documents and working with the departments responsible for defining how to meet the qualification requirements. Responsible for submitting all documents within the agreed terms of the specifications. Obtaining the necessary information to prepare bids for tenders and collaborating with the departments that can be involved in the process: sales, marketing, product management, financial, technical, legal. I write the technical and financial offerings both in terms of content and presentation. Responsible for the process and risk management of auctions. Responsible for post-auction reviews made with the final customer. Responsible for implementing services in the winning projects. Designing new products and Designing products from contracts won by auction, in collaboration with the production department. Price calculation for our manufactured products, production drawings of the products we can manufacture. Developing and managing the portfolio of vendors permanently. Negotiation with suppliers on purchase prices and contractual facilities. Appropriate scrutiny and compliance with the provisions of commercial contracts. Responsible for budget management of auctions.
