Working to establish B2B marketing process, setup web presence and to better communicate the benefits JML offer to other businesses in retail.

Major Projects included:

- New destination website for JML Corporate and B2B communication.

- B2B branding and lead generation training.

- Established the B2B Dot Digital email channels. Liaising with the sales team to ensure better communication to, and feedback for, B2B contacts. This included the design of new product brochures, and communication reports for the sales team that recommended the contacts to followup with for the best conversions.

- Hosting the JML Inventors Day at the NEC Spring Fair. Including planning, meetings, branding, PR, interviews, email marketing, and contact sourcing for the product development team. This also included setting up and coordinating a main stage presence for JML CEO, Ken Daly.
