QuestOD is a free video on demand service that allows users to watch live and VOD content from 4 channels: Quest, Quest Red, DMAX and Food Network.
Main responsibilities included:
* Released regularly using Scrum methodology to roll out new features and improvements. * Managed a remote Scrum team of 3 web developers and 2 QA's * Improved the product based on usability and best practise UX guidelines from a starting point of 60% to over 80% * Launched 2 new channels onto the service: DMAX and Food Network with linear, catch up and box set content (the service previously had catch up content only) and prepared for the launch of a further 2 channels: Home & Really * Rolled out a new design across the site

Virgin Media has around 4 million TV customers. It is the UK's second largest Pay TV provider. Around 10% of these customers use Virgin TV Go.
Defined the strategy and product requirements for the launch of brand-new apps, managed the apps and websites in life and retired and migrated customers from old to new services.
Main responsibilities included:
* Drove new product initiatives and worked with strategy and product development for future product improvements * Reviewed feedback of the services from customers, responded to issues and prioritised bug fixes * Reviewed competitor offerings and kept across technological improvements for future improvements * Analysed data to discover problem points or to see what features are successful to increase usage * Added and removed new content providers to TV Go and the kid's app, as well as games and books onto the services * Worked with various stakeholders across the business including product development, strategy, marketing, legal, customer care and third-party companies that had ownership or input into the apps * Rolled out new improvements and changes across the business, worked closely with the go to market team * Approved all marketing that related to the products, created help and customer education content and worked across the business to promote the services to external customers and helped train internal staff * Worked with the operations and testing teams to ensure the apps work with the latest phones and OS updates
Austar provided pay TV services to regional Australia. In May 2012 Austar merged with Foxtel and was rebranded as Foxtel.
* Created new and maintained existing business pay TV products that were sold to licensed venues, accommodation and other businesses (e.g. gyms) that wanted to offer a pay TV service to their customers * Added new content partners and launched HD channels * Responsible for the successful roll out of annual price increases * Put together business cases and presentations to get projects approved by senior management * Improved the products based on customer feedback * Maintained the business KPI of an average gross margin of 60% or more * Ensured documentation on the products was updated regularly * Worked with a wide range of stakeholders across the business
