Owned the Xerox® Integration Server application that provides the integration to Xerox® Services Manager for managed printing services enterprise organizations. I managed requirement intakes for the application, provided high-level estimates, tracked progress of ongoing development, worked with BSAs to define upcoming requirements, defined criteria of acceptance, helped remove external impediments for the teams, resource & financial planning to deliver the requirement on an enterprise agile environment.

Virtusa is a technology-consulting agency working in multiple countries on various industry domains. 

Worked as end-to-end solution designer for BT (British Telecom) Business online area, handling cross component design of online deliverable that affected over 3 million BT Business customers on how they manage their ordering & services online. The responsibilities included solution design for deliverable that impact across multiple online components managed by in-house teams & 3rd party providers. Core design responsibility was to ensure implementation of consistent user experience across all online areas for BT Business customers. 

    • Lead the overall in-life change process on BT Business online portals & systems consists of multiple web applications & CMS. I managed multiple distributed teams valuing over quarter of a million GBP of yearly delivery. I also provided design & architecture support on optimizing BT business online systems for the next generation services. I implemented a Kanban based process for rapid development & delivery to meet rapid changing business needs. Overall, the improvements provided nearly 1 million GBP of operational cost saving for BT Business on its core product ordering & service management.

    • Worked on Asp.Net AJAX controls developed by the development team of the company. Working mostly on control UI/CSS, JavaScript, and Asp.Net. Taking care of tech support for several controls of its product line to help the developers using Obout products.

 • I have worked in Zanala as their web technology consultant, leading many of the web based projects they delivered within 2004 to 2006. As part of my work, I have worked on web sites & small web solutions for various business organizations, based on PHP, MySQL technologies. During 2003-2004, I have worked on the first e-learning venture of the country called "e-Versity" which finally could not be launched due to low internet penetration in the country at that period. The project was developed on Asp.Net 1.1, C#, SQL server 2000.
