As EMEA Agile Product Owner for the web Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Clearly document and communicate business requirements related to the CMS to the development team (US based team);
• Create the EMEA roadmap for the CMS developments;
• Create user stories for new developments and manage the backlog;
• Prioritize the items in the development backlog according to business needs;
• Attend Sprint Planning, Grooming, Prioritization and Retrospective meetings and make sure that EMEA business needs are properly addressed;
• Test and perform the UAT for each new CMS development;
• Act as main liaison between business and the development team for CMS related developments.
As EMEA Digital Content Coordinator
• Manage all the existing EMEA websites inside the Adobe Experience Manager CMS (90 websites):
• Create landing pages for digital campaigns, focusing on conversions.
• Manage translation projects inside the Content Management System and ensure proper review and validation with the proper stakeholders;
• Work with different EMEA stakeholders (Brand Managers, Regional Marketing Managers, Technical teams) to constantly create relevant content;
• Work with Brand Managers to define the digital strategy of the brands, to achieve the visits and engagement KPIs;
• Put in place editorial calendars for the brands and elaborate cross-teams processes that ensure the accuracy of the content;
• Create briefings for the copywriters, according to SEO requirements;
• Constantly optimize existing content and improve UX on the websites.
