- Creating new customer oriented services and improving existing ones to

increase the overall conversion rate.

- Creating the specs for any new development.

- Figuring the best way to outsource what can't be done in-house.

- Managing current partnerships and creating new if needed: Hosting, Software

developers, Digital Marketing agencies, etc.

- Building connections between the suppliers products feeds and the

eCommerce shops.

- Developing new site features for better user experience on the company's

sites: EuroGsm.ro; Geeks.eurogsm.ro; Un-do.ro; Chicville.ro.

- Creating promotional campaigns together with the marketing department.

- Building automations:

Configuring the automated SMS messages to the customers after a trigger in the

internal CRM system,

Setting up email automation campaigns,

Configuring automatic product stock and price updates, etc.

- Creating reports based on Google Analytics and the CRM software.

- Handling any issue that may occur on the company's websites.

- Daily updating the shops, blog (configuring new products, updating prices,

updating stocks).

- Managing the connection between the online and offline shops.

- Configuring the newsletter campaigns and testing it so that it can be opened

properly on all email clients and devices.

- Using HTML and CSS to Improve the site's user experience

- Improving SEO continuously

- Being part of the team that build the last two revisions of the online shops.

- Configuring the interface of the website in order to display all the main

-Adding/removing different features so that the interface is properly adapted for each type of device (smartphone, tablet, smartwatch, portable speaker).
