- an AD migration to simplify its management and provide new services to our end-users
- designing and I implementing a virtual infrastructure running on VMware vSphere
- migrating our servers and data to a new SAN / NAS solution from EMC²
- upgrading our backup solution to a LTO-6 library plus a lan free backup tool for the virtual servers

As part of an insourcing contract, I was the manager of 15 peoples dispatched into 4 teams.

I was in charge of the IT production covering applications servers, infrastructures servers, SAP environnements, DBMS, LAN and WAN.
