- Analyze and write requirements - Collaborate with the architect and the UX team to provide technical details
and mockups - Organize requirements in the release backlog and in sprints - Prioritize requirements - Explain the requirements to the team for estimation and implementation - Clarify existing functionalities with team members - Decide what should be documented internally, externally, and what should be fixed - Participate at team SCRUM meetings (maintenance, core features, feature integration) - Perform User Acceptance Testing - Demo the features to stakeholders at the end of every sprint or on request - Save and back up all the releases and document them internally - Clean up the product backlog to decrease the number of open bugs - Collaborate with other Product Owners for feature integration and delivery - Collaborate with the Support team to triage bugs, prepare backlog for Cumulative Updates (CUs), provide articles on Community for customers, review external Release Notes, answer questions from customers - Collaborate with the Professional Services team for custom requirements - Collaborate with the Cloud Operations team for hotfixes, CUs, product deployment validations for hosted customers - Keep regular meetings with the stakeholders for alignment and clarifications - Answer the customers' questions on public forums

QA Lead: • Defining processes for test plan and several phases of testing cycle. • Planning and scheduling several milestones and tasks (like feature phase and regression phases, or alpha and beta) • Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking. • Prepare, review and improve a Test Cases Management Tool • Prepare the plan and the working environment (computers) for the team based on project requirements • Make sure a defect tracking tool exists and cover all needs of QA team, development and stakeholders • Prepare and follow a testing strategy for automation • Ensure the team is focusing on automation along with manual testing. • Keep raising the bar and standards of all the quality processes with every project. • Set processes for test plan reviews and ensure that that test plans get reviewed by (other team member, a developer, a stakeholders)
