- Program management for innovation development initiatives related with new devices integrations on the MiOS platform.

- Manage deliveries for the two research and development Agile teams handling new smart home devices integrations ( cloud - integration and configuration for devices that use low-power standardized wireless protocols like Z-Wave, Zigbee).

- Developed and performed external technical trainings on customer premises (for training their trainers and SMEs on the implemented MIND systems). Conducted training needs analysis, designed training agendas and materials for external clients (telecom companies based in the USA and in Europe)
