Starting August 2019 I hold the position the EMEA Sales & Commercial marketing process lead, engaging different delivery teams (internal + vendors) in areas like web development (AEM), EDI connections, SAP development. IS responsible over OTC flow for EMEA. - Part of the IT Sales, Marketing & eCommerce engagement team leading the digital transformation initiative in the organization. Part of the matrix teams that created and implemented the mobile applications strategy, BI strategy. - Product owner - Adobe Experience Manager. AEM is the WCMS chosen to deliver the company’s global digital presence. The program provided the business team an IT framework able to support online efforts with little or no IT involvement. A suite of 73 websites in 13 languages was launched in 9 months, supporting the organization’s online marketing efforts. Challenges for the program were synchronizing 5 different vendors and 4 different internal teams in 3 regions (NA, EMEA and APAC). Currently IT owner of the platform. - Product owner – TecCom. TecCom is an application managing over 85% of the Aftermarket orders in EMEA. It’s a full-stack ecommerce platform, offering product availability inquiry (stock and pricing) e-ordering (order confirmation) and delivery notes (dispatch advice, invoices) to over 3.000 customers in 13 countries, with various integration methods. Currently IT owner for the solution. - Part of the team that drafted and implemented the BI strategy at the corporate level, an ongoing initiative to support information collection, aggregation, analysis and distribution across different departments in the organization. Decided technology stack chosen was MS PowerBI + Hana & Azure as data warehouses. - Managing a program aiming implement a global digital asset management for all digital assets alongside a product aggregation layer (the company having different product portfolios across regions). Solution chosen was inRiver PIM.
- Part of the team that transformed eMAG from a pure-play local e-tailer into an online marketplace, taking into account international expansions and operating new categories - Number of eMAG Marketplace partners rose from 9 (October 2013) to more than 2200 in 4 different countries (December 2015). - Developed and maintained the application that allowed 3rd party sellers to use eMAG as a sales platform, allowing different integration methods (web interface, feeds, API’s). - Managing the change management process inside the organization to support the transformation for an online retailer to a marketplace platform.
