Digital Consultant - FEM Fundación por la Educación Multidimensional
Whilst backpacking around Colombia, I stumbled across this organisation who reached out to me and asked to help with the online digital side of their business, across several different projects.
Combined with field work, working with FEM allowed them to concentrate on the offline side of their business projects and gave me the personal freedom to work on their online businesses, digital marketing and online strategies.
I signed up for a 2-month experience on an Eco building site in the mountains of Monterrey. The project was a home which was being constructed using the Super Adobe building technique. The project had stalled in recent months and with my help and a few volunteers, we moved the project forward a little. The Vage foundation is working on several Eco projects revolving around ecotourism, self-development and spirituality.
It was a great project to be involved with. It was A LOT of manual labour, something I did not think I would handle well, but eventually I took it in my stride.
