Sky Go Linear (Broadcasting mobile and web application for live streaming)
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for end to end testing of the new Sky Go Linear Project within Sky to test if the AdSmart functionality (dynamic decision of ads for each ad break) works as expected on Android and iOS devices using Charles and Fiddler
* Test Lead for Android testing - managing the Android builds from the client's team, planning sanity, defining test cycles, designing regression packs, participating in decision making for go/no go on releases, managing defects.
* Testing and troubleshooting on various devices and versions of Android, iOS, Web, Xbox and PlayStation with different network connections.
* Automation testing by running the test scripts in Jenkins.
* Bash scripting.
* Following BDD approach
* Testing channel scheduling using BSS and Landmark
* Using Freewheel as the decision-making tool for ad serving
* Testing connections with Yospace and adding up of Clearcast codes before the creative is published for the Mobile Apps.
* Using QC and JIRA for defect management.
* Involved in System Testing, UAT and User Trails.
* Also involved as a sole tester for other stand-alone Mule applications which are developed and used for automating the support purposes.

Key Responsibilities
* Acting as a Quality Release Manager which involves scoping and drafting the release pack with Project Manager, Development Leads and the Test Team.
* Mentoring other team members on IBMS Modules and Release Management
* Client - Server testing for desktop based application including functional testing and performance testing for entire application
* Interface Testing using XML messaging and SQL reporting
* Testing experience in testing both the modules of IBMS Application
* Integration, System, Regression and UAT testing
* Data migration testing
* Defect management through Team Track
* Test script writing and executing in Quality Centre
