Overview: I was hired to build a QA process from ground-up for a game engine and 5 projects, running on that
engine. All projects are cross-platform (Browser, iOS, Android). Process involved re-writing manual test cases and
documentation, automating tests for some of the parts for one of the projects, leading a team of 5 Testers.
Tools Used: Jira/Confluence, Slack, TeamCity, Java + Android Studio.
PlayStation 3/4/Vita SDK development and testing.
Sony WebMAF technology development for video streaming on Smart TVs and VR. (Link: R&D Award)
Collaboration with international clients, using Sony WebMAf technology.
Overview: I was a part of a big team of developers and testers, working on companies internal technology WebMAF
which I got an awards for. My role involved planing and testing latest functionality of all parts of the project
(Video/Audio Player, PS3/4/Vita/VR platforms integration), reporting and fixing bugs/requests, coming from our
clients. Attending remote and on-site meetings with new clients, coming to Sony’s platform, to discuss technical
capabilities we offer.
Tools Used: Hansoft, Perforce, Fiddler, Visual Studio with C++, CxxTest, Sony PS/VR SDK, Jenkins.
Developer support for Windows 8/ Windows Phone 8 and Office applications via e-mail phone and chat.
Application QA Testing of Windows 8 platform.
Overview: I was one of the Support/QA Testers, involved in testing and supporting newly released Windows 8 and
it’s SDK and features. I tested Internal and External Windows mobile applications.
Tools Used: Windows 8/Mobile SDK + Visual Studio.
Customer support by e-mail and phone. Technical and billing issue resolution.
AdWords online advertisement campaign setup, optimization, management.
Google Analytics and AdWords script testing.
Overview: This position involved Supporting customers, using Google Ad and Analytics code on their websites. I was
setting up, testing and deploying scripts. It also involved doing manual and some automated web tests.
Tools Used: Selenium, Java, Google Analytics.
Microsoft Products Technical Support (Russian, US, UK, IE Markets).
Support for: XBox 360, Windows, Networks (WAN/LAN), Windows Mobile 7.
Microsoft Billing support for XBox Live customers. Product warranty tracking.
Programming project - XBox 360 Virtual Dashboard for support teams.
New software products (XBox 360 dashboard updates, Zune firmware updates, Windows phone OS updates)
localization and functionality testing.
Overview: This role was very broad. It involved localization testing, testing and debugging newly deployed Xbox Live
service on Microsoft’s gaming consoles, Zune player testing, Xbox updates testing and even coding an Xbox
Dashboard simulator to be used in customer support.

Overview: This was just a work experience during my 4 year course. It was mainly supporting computer/network
infrastructure for some companies, systems/network setup and configuration.
