An interactive spy museum located in New York which opened to rave reviews in February 2018. As sole PM, I managed the efforts of a brilliant team of creatives and developers to design and build the museum layout, gallery content and six physical interactive games which form the heart of the Spyscape experience.

BAFTAFebruary 2016 - October 2016

- Managing an ‘Innovate UK’ funded project (in collaboration with UCL & Film London) to define and deliver a cloud-based encoding and storage platform. After losing the Product Owner I also took on the role of PO to define and prioritise user stories as well as run the Scrum ceremonies.

- MVP was successfully completed within 7 months with a small team of 3 developers and myself. The product is currently in Beta/soft-launch in preparation for commercial launch.

Picsolve International LtdOctober 2014 - December 2014

Responsible for delivering Picsolve's digital portfolio of projects.

Key achievements included:
- Coaching the product and development teams in Lean and Agile best practices and enabling a closer product and development team relationship;
- Successfully bringing product feature parity back to the iOS and Android platforms in a very limited timescale.

I was brought into managing the scoping and delivery phases of this Google sponsored project. We followed a Lean product development approach, keeping our design decisions customer focused and evidence based. The end result was the Consumer Barometer, an intuitive tool that enables users to extract useful insights easily from large and complex data sets.

Fidelity Worldwide InvestmentJanuary 2014 - April 2014

- Leading the retail Customer
Experience workstream within a company-wide programme to redesign,
consolidate and re-architect Fidelity's digital, online experience.
Managing a team of User Experience specialists, Business Analysts and
Front-end developers to understand user needs, facilitate co-creation
sessions and development of prototypes to road-test new key user
journeys via usability testing.
- A key challenge was disseminating project updates and securing firm decisions across a large and
unwieldy stakeholder group.

Picsolve International LtdOctober 2013 - January 2014

- Brought into to lead portfolio of online and digital projects. Adhering to Scrum methodology, our first project to introduce multi-lingual capability and a streamlined photo redemption journey was delivered into production in under 2 months.
- The key challenge was bringing energy and motivation to the team by sticking to the discipline of Scrum process thereby enabling fairness, transparency and evidence of real progress.

RetechAugust 2013 - October 2013

Start-up venture, working with retail specialists to develop end-to-end retail solution including an iOS app, web-based retail dashboard and back-office system. Scrum methodology was applied throughout and was a key factor in enabling delivery of a robust working prototype in a very short time frame.

Managing cross functional teams of designers and developers to deliver cutting edge campaigns for this leading production house. Also fully responsible for client management.

Complex programme of work to redesign
and re-architect the California Lottery's 2nd Chance platform.
Responsible for full end to end delivery including managing two offshore
development teams. The programme also involved a major data migration
of +million customer records & creation of a 2nd Chance gaming
engine to replace the California Lottery’s current offering.
