Making presentations in PowerPoint (working at the same time with the graphic elements and illustrations in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
Providing reference by writing documentation about payment methods.
Organize information and complete writing presentations according to set standards regarding clarity, style, and banking terminology.
Providing training and user manuals to users of a new system.
Use drawings, diagrams, charts that increase user understanding.
Study drawings, specifications, mockups.
Run tests on payment methods.
Select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material.
Train end users and write instruction manuals as necessary.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments.
