On 2017 I began utilizing my technical skills to occupy my free time solving technical difficulties (Repairing Tv's, Computer and peripheral hardware, Installing and setting up VoIP systems and Points of sale, and networking) for businesses, government offices and private end users. This venture has allowed me to continue my technical training and feeding the curious techie in me with problem-solving and excellent soft skills. Makes me happy to save the day by fulfilling warranty repairs and resolve the chaos caused by a non-working piece of technology. Up to date, I have 100% positive feedback from buyers and end users. If there were enough work orders to do this full time I would be happy to dedicate myself to it entirely.

• Instrumental in supporting the company’s general operations, including a key role as an interim General Manager during an ownership and management transition.
• Developed and implemented an entire administrative process and structure to professionalize the business financial figures. The results were significant adjustments to accounts payable and receivable, a more streamlined and accurate statement of the hotel’s revenue and budget numbers.
• Automated manual accounting and financial analysis/reporting functions with Excel spreadsheets and other computer based tools. My reports were so efficient that were implemented in other hotels of the chain.
• Surpassed my goals as Director of Sales, not only by increasing revenue, but by designing marketing tools that built a customer base for the hotel at almost no cost.
