In the sprints I worked for the My Ticket Wallet application, I defined and executed the generation of new features to improve the experience, some of them were:

New help section
Develop the contents and the new organization of the information for the resolution of doubts of the application and the services of the cards, in addition to the addition of a quick guide with short videos with the main functions of the application. Improving the interface when redesigning the section in the form of an accordion instead of multiple screens with little content; to display all sections and responses on a single screen.

This section was able to significantly improve the quality of information by solving one or more doubts in a faster and more pleasant way for the user, without having to navigate in different consecutive screens.

New add card function
The function of adding new cards or tag that was divided into two different functions was improved, it was combined into the same function to add cards or tag and that the application detects what type of product it is when entering the first digits of it. As a result, speed was optimized, with which the user can add new products to his Wallet.
