An integral component of the Pentalog Platform, SkillValue maintains a database which houses a talent pool of over 300.000 up-to-date IT profiles, with 200.000 candidates that have been assessed (tested in programming skills, technical skills, and even soft skills) and 10.000 targeted experts that have been identified as potential co-workers for Pentalog & its clients in the short term.
SkillValue has built an online skills assessment center a powerful skill testing platform based on a real-time assessment algorithm that encourages hundreds of thousands of IT programmers to compete in a global hackathon. The 500 technical IT tests available through this simple, user-friendly tool save HR managers a lot of time in pre-employment screening and current staff assessments.
By associating Pentalog’s outsourcing resources (850 full-time employees) with SkillValue’s innovative HR solutions and Pentalog Software Factory’s BOT outsourcing model, we provide any client the opportunity to choose IT skills on demand, in the most suitable contractual framework with optimized cost- and time-effectiveness. Resources can either be recruited to become the client’s own employees (130 recruitments achieved by SkillValue in 2014, with an average of 6 weeks-time to fill a position), or provided as an outsourced dedicated team with or without a buyout option.
