A French advertising company that provides online display advertisements, is looking for a new addition for their internal IT department. As an IT Communication Specialist, you will join the end-user services team, which provides devices, collaboration solutions and offer support to our 3500 employees, all over the world.

As part of the team, you will cover the following services and products:
•    Global support: both remotely and on the field;
•    Devices: laptops, mobile phone and operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux);
•    IT office services: network, video-conferencing, training rooms, boardrooms, printers;
•    Collaboration solutions: Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365 suite, Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, etc.;
•    ServiceNow platform: our Single Point of Contact for employees to reach out to several departments (People, IT, Workplace, Procurement).
 

At the heart of the end-user services team is the Digital Experience squad, which works hard to deliver a unique and consistent IT experience to the company’s employees, by handling “business as usual” activities, as well as major transformation programs.
A key mission of this Digital Experience squad is to facilitate the adoption and the usage of our client’s products and services through impactful communications, internal marketing campaigns and appealing content.
To succeed in the IT Communication Specialist role, you will have to work hand in hand with many stakeholders: other squads in the end-user services team, other IT departments and Internal Communication teams. In addition, you will directly supporting the Internal IT VP for transversal communications.

Job requirements

  • Master's degree with at least 3 years of successful experience in a similar position;
  • Ability to create clear and impactful content with proven skills on standard creative tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite);
  • A successful experience in an IT department or on digital / IT communications with a clear understanding of IT end-user services allowing to seamlessly promote and facilitate adoption of IT products and services;
  • A successful experience to prepare and animate dynamic meetings or training sessions;
  • At ease to work on several projects simultaneously and in dynamic environment;
  • A “team first” mindset, looking forward to building connection and work with a fun, passionate and talented team;
  • A natural orientation towards the customer (in this case, the company’s employees), always looking to bridge the gap between user’s needs and solutions
  • Excellent level of English (written and spoken).
ScrumAgile

Responsibilities

  • Communication: end-to-end management of communications (exclusively in English) for Internal IT and the End-user Services team on various medias (email, Slack, digital signage, video, etc.)
  • Change Management: design and execute change management plans for Internal IT projects impacting the company’s end-users
  • Content manager: develop and maintain the team’s content (such as IT training, Knowledge Base and One Pagers) to make it exciting, straightforward and relevant
  • Events facilitators: prepare, coordinate and organize the monthly IT All Hands in coordination with the VP Internal IT and the team leaders.

Extra skills

Ideally, good French language skills.
