Job requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience recruiting technical positions (Full-stack developers, QA, Data, etc);
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes;
  • Proactive, team player, self-motivated, with a curious mindset;
  • Quick learner with a can-do attitude;
  • Genuine interest in technology and innovation;
  • Strong English communication skills.

  • Develop and execute search strategies to reach out to top talent profiles.
  • Create a strong pipeline of market-leading professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end processes.
