Our French client, a global software provider of intelligent service automation solutions for service management and self-help in the enterprise, is in search of a Product Owner with expertise in data analytics and Sisense API. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate custom data models, dashboards, and reports, ensuring they align with our client’s business goals and meet user needs. You'll be pivotal in defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and guiding the development team through successful product implementations.
 

Job requirements

  • Experience as a Product Owner in reporting;
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams with a solid understanding of the product development lifecycle;
  • Experience in implementing Sisense API for dashboard and widget integration;
  • Effective meeting and workshop facilitation skills;
  • Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
     

Responsibilities

  • Create requirements documents, including functional, use case and user stories;
  • Prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives;
  • Work with development teams throughout the product lifecycle;
  • Provide clear user stories and acceptance criteria to the developers;
  • Validate the features of the product and work with the QA teams on testing;
  • Write documentation for the release;
  • Use Sisense functionality to build custom data models, dashboards and reports.
