About the project

Established at the end of 2008 with an office in Hanoi, Pentalog Vietnam has seen an incessant growth for more than 10 years. Along with IT development & quality training, Pentalog Vietnam also focuses on the development of human resources.

Now, we are looking for a Recruitment & Marketing Executive who will take charge of some very important tasks.

Job requirements

  • Have knowledge of the nature and characteristics of work, as well as a good understanding of the recruitment process;
  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT Recruitment Specialist in the software outsourcing field;
  • Proficiency in using recruitment websites or social network to research talented candidates, interesting profiles;
  • Possess a good database of IT profiles;
  • Knowledge on how to treat and keep contact well with partners or potential candidates;
  • Ability to organize, arrange the work in a proficient manner;
  • Knowledge on how to make a plan or strategy for work;
  • A serious attitude, as well as good communication & negotiation skills;
  • High responsibility & the ability to work under high pressure;
  • Fluency in English (4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and analyzing recruitment needs;
  • Searching, connecting, head-hunting candidates via all sources/ channels as soon as possible;
  • Screening, interviewing and choosing suitable candidates for deeper interview rounds;
  • Contacting potential candidates and arranging appointments for interviews;
  • Consulting with managers to choose suitable candidates;
  • Proposing ideas/ solutions and deploying recruitment campaigns and job advertisements for attracting talents;
  • Coordinating with all levels of management to facilitate the on-boarding of new employees;
  • Proposing ideas/ solutions to improve continuously the Talent Acquisition policies and processes to show up the company branding;
  • Attending events /conferences/ seminars (job fairw, career day…);
  • Making a good relationship with Universities, Institutes or Organizations of Information Technology;
  • Making a weekly recruitment report and a monthly Newsletter;
  • Carrying out other tasks assigned/ shared by the Leader or Supervisor, if necessary.

Extra skills

French language skills would be a definite advantage.
